1. How do I connect to the Internet?

Howard County Library will sponsor each PCs4Kids students for a VIP Sailor Account. A VIP Sailor account is provided the Sailor Network (a Maryland-based service) and will use the student's phone line to connect to the Internet. Applications for the accounts will be processed when a student is accepted into PCs4Kids.

PCs4Kids students will receive Pentium IVs running Windows 2000 and featuring an Internet browser and OpenOffice for word processing.
